Conference: the Japanese Wrestling
The Japanese Wrestling, or Puroresu (abbreviation of Purofesshonaru resuringu – Professional Wrestling), very similar to the European and American Pro Wrestling, is a form of fight, show and entertainment performed on a Ring.
As part of the Nipponese world from the second half of the 20th century, the Japanese Wrestling is nowadays characterized differently from the Western one because of its style and its execution.
In fact, precisely these differences will be discussed and explained in the conference held at the 6th edition of Japan Matsuri and presented by Luca Rusconi, a professional Wrestler known by the name of Belthazar.
With his experience as a Pro Wrestler, his career as a trainer at the Pro Wrestling Training Ticino and his duty as the president of the Swiss Assosiation Pro Wrestling, Luca Rusconi will guide the public thru the history of this form of fight and entertainment, that has been adapted to the Japanese culture in the course of time and that characterizes a part of contemporary Japan.
